Abstract

The background of the problem in writing the paper is the effect of implementing the Inaportnet system for Arrival and Departure services for ships at PT. Usda Seroja Jaya Pontianak branch, which is internet-based, currently has some problems. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out about the procedures regarding the arrival and departure of ships at the Port of Dwikora Pontianak with the Inaportnet system. It starts before the ship arrives and when the ship departs. In the process of collecting data to show the contents of the paper, the author uses several methods. Judging from the source, the author uses primary data and secondary data. While the data collection method the author uses the method of observation, interviews and documents. The conclusion of this paper is that the author gains additional knowledge and insight related to the arrival and departure of MV ships. PHUC THUAN with the Inaportnet system so as to simplify and expedite the activities of handling ship arrivals and departures. The result of this research is to know the process of arrival and departure of MV ships. PHUC THUAN, parties involved in ship arrival and departure services, documents needed at the time of ship arrival and departure, obstacles in ship arrival and departure services.
