Abstract

The Tawang Kendal Coast Fisheries Port Office as one of the potentials in the development of community welfare, especially coastal fishing communities. The fishing port is intended as a place for fishery activities consisting of fishery production. What are the procedures for implementing services, facilities that must exist and solutions to minimize obstacles in the implementation of services at the Tawang Kendal Coastal Fishery port. The purpose of this paper is to find out the procedures and service processes at PPP Tawang Kendal, the facilities needed, solutions to minimize deficiencies in service implementation and file inspection at the Tawang Kendal Coastal Fishery port. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with primary, secondary data sources, observation data collection methods, interviews, literature, among others. Based on the results of observations, it can be concluded that the implementation of services at the Tawang Kendal Coastal Fishery Port is based on government policies. The existence of the Tawang Kendal PPP facility provides great benefits. PPP Tawang Kendal obstacles that occur, such as facilities and infrastructure that are still lacking, legal awareness problems, and communication that is still minimal which makes some service processes hampered.
