Abstract
This research was focused in everything which is related with Fiber To The Home (FTTH) and process s of the project from the beginning until the end of the project itself. However,the writer wanst to discuss about the processs of documentation, company service with the customer and every person who contributed with this project . the writer used qualitative research and almed to know about the standard operating procedure (SOP) of fiber to the home (FTTH) and the process of documentation is the one of the important roles of the project of fiber to the home (FTTH).
