Abstract
The topic of discussion in the writing of this paper is about TB Ship's Management Services. MegamasStar By PT.Snepac Shipping Batam. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the Ship's Management Ship Fleet service and the constraints faced in Fleeting activities. PT.Snepac Shipping Batam, which is a company for the operation of the fleet, especially in the field of Ship Fleet, where PT.Snepac Shipping Batam will provide manning, maintenance and operation of the Ship Fleet so that the ship operates smoothly. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out how to service a ship fleet management and find out the obstacles in the activities of Ship Fleet Management. Based on data collection carried out during the Practice (Prada), the authors use several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and document study and literature study. The result of the discussion of this paper is the completion of the Ship Fleet Management Service by PT.Snepac Shipping Batam will run smoothly without a hitch if each party can fulfill the service that has been set.
