Abstract

In connection with the loading and unloading activities of container ships, shipping companies really need container loading and unloading services by loading and unloading companies. This paper describes the activities of domestic container stack services in supporting the smooth loading of containers from the stacking yard to the ship by PT.Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI PORT). The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the domestic container stack service at the Berlian Terminal stacking yard. As well as optimizing the container stacking system that will be stacked at the Berlian Terminal stacking yard. Therefore, to optimize container stack services, there are policies implemented by PT.Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. Based on data collection carried out during observations, the authors use several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and document study and literature study. The result of the discussion of this paper is the stacking service for domestic containers at the junction yard of Berlian Terminal. The results of the problems that the author brings in this paper have been resolved by a method that is in accordance with the purpose of this paper to find out the service of domestic container stacks in the junction yard of Berlian Terminal. As well as the policies implemented and the stacking system in the stacking field which greatly affects container stack and unstack activities. Keywords: Service, Container, Optimal
