Abstract
PT Pelindo Energi Logistik is a company that has a high reputation in the oil and gas industry services business. By having 5 types of business sectors, among others : Midstream LNG Terminal, Waste Management, Shorebase, Tank Storage Terminal and Fuel Supply & Distribution. Each of these business sectors has a different operational and commercial strategy. Especially in the fuel distribution business sector, it has special characteristics and strategies in handling the field and company administration. Therefore, operations and commercials in these five business sectors can be analyzed by proving the results of observations and relevant research. The research method used can analyze the data from observation, documentation, interviews and literature studies. The results show strategies that can be carried out in relation to the evaluation and planning of future business development, so that in the future it can improve operational performance and provide commercial strategy for PT Pelindo Energi Logistik in the fuel distribution business sector.
