Abstract
The smooth process of arrival and the process received by a ship somewhere is a measure of success given by PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Jepara branch for corporate customers for the services provided to vessels and building ships, timeliness in vessel anchoring and transportation, suitability in the supply of needed vessels, licensing of the company concerned. Therefore, this paper is made to determine the services that must be carried out to improve the company's services in the process of relying on and repairing vessels that are authorized by PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Jepara branch. This paper uses qualitative research methods that aim to obtain research results through direct sources with instruments from the researchers themselves. Interviews, Observation, Study of Decision Documents. From this method can help improve this paper smoothly and well. Based on the above data collection methods, the required results are obtained before being prepared and processed at the port. Related preparations, preparation of documents, and coordination with related companies, to preparations for ship preparation.
