Abstract

The main discussion in the writing of this paper is about the role of the operational system of KM.Kalibodri passenger ship services in Kendal port. how is the role of the operational system of KM.Kalibodri passenger ship services, the use of services used, ticket purchases, port terminals, ship entry, sailing ships. This company is engaged in sea transportation both in transportation of goods and passengers. Based on the data collection by the author using several methods including methods of observation, interviews, and document analysis, the results are obtained that: the role of the operational system in the passenger services of the ship will run smoothly if the employee staff in entering passenger data more carefully so that no error when entering customer data.
