Abstract
Form of service provision in the form of services offered to prospective customers. The most important thing in a business is the quality of services provided, consumers will feel satisfied if the services provided are very good. Because the success of a company is also determined whether or not the services provided by the company in marketing their services both when offering services, friendly hospitality services, security services, cashier services, parking management services, to services to the condition of post-purchase products. Service quality is a very important factor. Because marketing a product, interactions between producers and consumers occur directly. Application of service quality as one of the superior products that supports one part of the company's strategy in achieving sustainable excellence. Either as a market leader or as a strategy to continue developing. It’s a provision regarding the types and quality of basic services which are mandatory government affairs that are entitled to be obtained by every citizen at a minimum.The basic services referred to are public services to meet the needs of citizens.
