Abstract
The purpose of writing this final project is to obtain a deeper experience and understanding of the documents used in export goods belong PT. Indo Furnitama Raya by Forwarder PT. Indotrans Lestari Surabaya. Data for this thesis is primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through direct interviews with PT. Indotrans Lestari Surabaya, while secondary data is obtained from books and another reading sources related to this final project. The results of this final project that the export document procedure owned by PT. Indo Furnitama Raya working by PT. Indotrans Lestari Suarabaya begins with the process giving a Shipping Instruction, followed a booking space, stuffing, managing documents and end with the process of giving documents to exporters. For documents used include: Shipping Instruction, booking confirmation, packing list, invoice, Export Service Note (NPE), Export Declaration of Goods (PEB), Bill of Lading (B / L), Certificate of Origin, Application for Export Goods Inspection (PPBE), Surveyor Report (LS), and V-Legal. and the export parties include: Forwarders, exporters, shipping lines, Customs and Excise, Industry and Trade Office, Banks, Ksop, PT Pelindo III branch in Surabaya, TPS, and Trucking. The suggestion that the writer give to this final project just for increase the company's facilities and infrastructure in order to improve company performance to be better.
