Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to know the handling of general cargo cargo in the shipping process, the type of cargo, the documents needed to handle the cargo, and which agencies or parties are involved in handling a cargo. Based on data collection carried out during land practice (PRADA) the author uses several methods including the method of observation and analysis of documents, the results are obtained that: in handling cargo the general cargo will run smoothly if the transporters coordinate in determining the deadline well and systematically and provide reward for Shipper / EMKL who deliver the contents and complete the required documents before the specified deadline.
