Abstract
Shipping Company PT.Tanto Intim Line is one of the companies engaged in the field of shipping located in Pontianak. Shipping Company PT. Tanto Intim Line is tasked to assist the process of running the ship's activities such as being an agent for the ship, from the ship will go to the area Pontianak city until the ship will go to the next port because it is finished performing unloading activities or loading in Surabaya. In becoming an agent for ships, Shipping Company PT. Tanto Intim Line uses inaportnet system in its activities. With this inaportnet system makes it easier for shipping companies to become agents because agents do not always have to be in syahbandar to conduct ship clearance system. However, the entire system can be accessed through their respective offices. In becoming agent for ship Shipping Company PT. Tanto Intim Line also has an obligation to check back the ship documents and ship crew documents, whether it should be in the extend or should be replaced. In addition to documents aboard the Shipping Company PT. Tanto Intim Line is also responsible for all ship needs if the ship has deficiencies in terms of ship safety for sail safety.
