Abstract
This paper is made to obtain a deeper picture of the role of PT. Esa Zone Expres Surabaya, especially the process of exporting goods, the online system that is run, then the stages that are passed, then the parties concerned, the documents required, the obstacles and how to overcome obstacles in the process of exporting goods. For a date used, I use primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews with operational parties and admins. Whereas Secondary data is obtained through books, archives, and other sources. The date collection method used was observation which saw firsthand activities on the ground by the Sea Cargo Expedition (EMKL). The results of this study can be concluded that this company is engaged in EMKL serving the delivery of export and import goods between countries that can be by land, sea and air which this company helps in the handling of export and import documents so as to facilitate the customer in the process of export and import of shipping goods between countries .
