Abstract

To support the operations of the production process to keep It stalledor bogged down due to a malfunction of the engine compressor ,Then we need to think of the actions of care or turn of a component on the system the engine compressor. When alternative treatments that are too long then it will enlarge the cost of preventive care, then sought an interal time maintenance and repair that can minimize the total cost of maintenance and repair by using reliability analysis. In order to determine the time interval optimal maintenance and repair critical system components against compressors, conducted an analysis of the reliability of these components by using data already existing downtime as a reference to determine the time of optimal maintenance and repair. The results of the calculation the value of reliability in critical components, is expected to be used as input to strategize the optimal maintenance and repair. Optimization determination of maintenance and repair time interval are optimal in this study recommend for each component of the system with the reliability index is defined with fix for time interval components Exhaust valve Intake valve compressor and compressor on the 450, the components of the Expansion valve on the 630, and the componen Ring set compressor on the 1170 with a time interval of one year is the optimal policy.
