Abstract
Injector Treatment and Injector Pump in fuel ignition system is very important to be maintained in order to maximize the combustion process and the homogenization of combustion. Good injectors on diesel motors can maximize the performance of the machine during operation to run the machine with a maximum according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) on the Ship KMN. MINA LESTARI JAYA. Based on the background that has been put forward, then the problem in this research can be identified to be a problem in cases one by one that is very closely related to each other so it can be taken the following problem formulation, to know the condition of combustion caused by the Injector on the fuel ignition system is very important in maintaining the condition for maximum combustion process, to know the treatment on the Injector Pump to work optimally in fuel spraying. The result of fuel ignition at the injector aims to overcome the damage to the Injector and Pump Injector for maximum absorption results so that engine performance to obtain more optimal power at the time of combustion. This is necessary in order to obtain a perfect combustion process in the cylinder, the combustion is provided through the heat generated by the compression of the outside air but the flame will not occur without the addition of oxygen. So the occurrence of combustion in the cylinder space due to the presence of fire triangle that is, Air, Fuel, Fire. So get the optimal result in combustion. Keywords : Injector, How it Works
