Abstract

OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE WINDLASS UPP JUWANA Windlass is an auxiliary machine that works to raise and lower anchor. And as well as helping pull the mooring ropes. The anchor machine also requires a maintenance and repair system to create an optimal work machine. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the damage that occurs in the anchor machine. Anchor machine is very influential on the operation of ships or sea transport. Here is discussed how the components of anchor machine, type, and how to repair the damage that has occurred.
