Abstract
One of the important parts of the LCT (landing craft tank) ship is the ramp door. The ramp door is the main part of the LCT ship which is used to facilitate the loading and unloading process of cargo, heavy equipment and construction materials. Disturbances and obstacles during loading and unloading should be prevented as little as possible. The disruptions that occur are of course detrimental to various parties, if they cannot be resolved in a short time, it will disrupt the loading and unloading process through the ramp door. At the time the author made observations and maintenance there were problems related to damage to the electric motor which had died due to a short (short circuit) in the supply network. Due to hydraulic damage that releases oil on the seal part, so the hydraulics have no compressive power and the ramp door cannot move optimally and hinders the loading and unloading process. Taken from this problem, the purpose of this paper is to repair the supply network on the electric motor or if it cannot be repaired, replace the short (short circuit) electric motor supply network so that the electric motor can function again, replace the leaky seal on the hydraulic ramp door drive. so that hydraulics have compressive power, so that they can move back optimally and do not take a lot of time during the loading and unloading process. After the authors carry out improvements to the electric and hydraulic motors driving the ramp door, the electric and hydraulic motors driving the ramp door return to normal and the ramp door can open and close optimally.
