Abstract
This study aims to get an idea that a country cannot meet its own needs and the obstacles that are often experienced during exports, imports and re-exports. The research method used is descriptive qualitative that is explaining a problem by using data that cannot be measured by numbers. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected by means of interviews and direct observation of the object of research, while secondary data was obtained from books and other sources related to the process of processing export, import and re-export customs services carried out by PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo Semarang. The lack of raw materials to meet the needs of each country requires each country to use export-import services so that the needs of each country can be met, while exports and imports are very prone to problems that are often experienced at the time of export, import and re-export, namely minimal port facilities, currency exchange rates. unstable money, lack of product variety, poor business planning and lack of human resources. So that the import-export process runs smoothly without any problems by paying attention to the completeness of the documents, the transportation used, the estimated arrival time of the goods, the company should pay more attention to the fluctuations in currency exchange rates in each country, appoint someone who is experienced in the business field and take advantage of anyone who involved in handling these processes.
