Abstract
This final project is based on the importance of arranging spare parts in the engine room store which is the main place for arranging spare parts. The purpose of observations made by the author is to find out and obtain clear information about the procurement process and the arrangement of the spare parts on the ship. The benefit of preparing this final project is to know more clearly how the procurement and arrangement of spare parts on the ship this observation on the ship MT. ZALEHA at PT. Dock Perkapalan Surabaya. Data obtained directly and from books or other information.
