Abstract
Maintance And Work System On The Ramp Door KMP. Nusa Jaya Abadi Nusa Penida A Ro-Ro ship is a ship that can load a vehicle that runs into the boat with its own drive and can come out on its own as well, so it is called a Roll On - Roll Off vessel or abbreviated Ro - Ro therefore the ship is smashed with ramp door, The ramp door is a door that enters a vehicle on a Ro-Ro ship, which is unloading and loading vehicles from the ferry dock to the ship and vice versa. The ramp door is connected by a moveable bridge or a bridge that is on the dock of auxiliary equipment used to facilitate the operation of the ramp door. The main function is to increase when closing and lowering when opening door ramp electrical energy, hydraulic energy, a combination of electrical and hydraulic energy and Steam energy is a type of energy that is often used as windlass drive power. The purpose of the writing is to find out about congestion in the ramp door, to make the preparedness in the loading and unloading process on the ship not optimal, causing loss of production and decreasing service quality in the company and explaining the parts on ramp door. The results of maintenance of damage to the ramp door, hydraulic machinery and wire rope, namely the process of smooth loading and unloading levels on the ship so as not to cause a decrease in service quality on board and congestion on the ramp door can be overcome by maintenance and checking according to the procedure on board.
