Abstract
The main point in writing this paper is about the service of managing Albasia bare core export documents on cargo ships of PT. Jaya Lancar Cargo. There are a number of background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely the documents needed in the export of albasia bare core, the purpose of the company is to use the EDI system, procedures for completing export goods notification documents (PEB), and related agencies. The purpose of writing this paper is nothing but to find out the documents needed in export activities, the purpose of the company using the EDI system, the procedure for completing the export goods notification document (PEB), and the relevant agencies. Based on data collection carried out during terrestrial practice, the author uses several methods, namely interviews, observation, study documents, focus group discussions, questionnaires or questionnaires and data sources and types of data the author uses qualitative data. The discussion of this paper is the service of managing Albasia Bare Core export documents to be able to export commodities from exporters to destination countries from the procedure for completing the documents carried out. Constraints that often occur during the completion of PEB documents include such companies as receiving documents from exporters in the form of proforma documents. So that in the completion of the PEB document, it is necessary to pay attention to checking prices from the invoice and v-legal documents carefully so that when the PEB document is completed there are no obstacles that hinder the export of goods.
