Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, consumer trust, brand image, and perceived ease of use on the purchase intention of KM. Kelimutu tickets on the Semarang–Kumai route through the PELNI Mobile application at PT. PELNI Semarang Branch. This study also aimed to analyze the factor that had the most dominant influence on ticket purchase intention through the PELNI Mobile application at PT. PELNI Semarang Branch. The research method used was a quantitative method through questionnaires distributed to 100 users of the PELNI Mobile application. The analytical techniques used included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t-test, coefficient of determination, and managerial implications. The results of the analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 27 statistical program produced the following multiple linear regression equation: Y = -1,638 + 0,312,X1 + 0,260,X2 + 0,231,X3 + 0,319,X4 + µ The results of the equation indicate that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables. Service quality (X1) had a (t-count 3,607 > t-table 1,98498), consumer trust (X2) had a (t-count 2,408 > t-table 1,98498), brand image (X3) had a (t-count 2,689 > t-table 1,98498), and perceived ease of use (X4) had a (t-count 4,474 > t-table 1,98498). Meanwhile, the Adjusted R² value was 0,618. This means that 61,8% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely ticket purchase intention, was explained by the independent variables, namely service quality, consumer trust, brand image, and perceived ease of use. The remaining 100% - 61,8% = 38,2% was influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. Based on the research findings and data analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of service quality (X1), consumer trust (X2), brand image (X3), and perceived ease of use (X4) have a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase tickets. This implies that higher levels of each of these variables will lead to an increase in ticket purchase intention. Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Trust, Brand Image, Perceived Ease of Use, and Purchase Intention.
