Abstract
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an important aspect in creating a safe and productive work environment. This study was conducted to determine the effect of OSH Training (X1), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Compliance (X2), and Risk Control (X3) on Work Safety (Y) among operational staff at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Lembar Branch, Lombok. The population of this study consisted of all operational staff, with a total sample of 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, the following regression equation was obtained: Y = 2.386 + 0.409X₁ + 0.528X₂ − 0.110X₃ + e The equation indicates that OSH Training (X1) and SOP Compliance (X2) have a positive effect on Work Safety (Y), while Risk Control (X3) has a negative but insignificant effect on Work Safety (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.677 indicates that 67.7% of the variation in Work Safety is influenced by the three independent variables, while the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The results of the t-test show that OSH Training and SOP Compliance have a positive and significant effect on Work Safety, whereas Risk Control does not have a significant effect on Work Safety. These findings indicate that improving OSH training and compliance with SOPs can support the creation of better work safety. Keywords: OSH Training, SOP Compliance, Risk Control, Work Safety.
