Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Traffic Density, Operational Procedures, Operational Technical Aspects, and Human Resource Quality on the On-Time Performance (OTP) of BRT Trans Jateng Corridor I, Bawen–Tawang Route. On-Time Performance is one of the main indicators used to evaluate the quality of public transportation services. High traffic density, the implementation of operational procedures, the technical condition of the fleet, and the quality of human resources are considered factors that may affect the achievement of OnTime Performance (OTP). This research employed a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that, partially, all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on On-Time Performance (OTP). Traffic Density yields a tvalue of 3.834 with a significance value of 0.000; Operational Procedures yield a t-value of 2.221 with a significance value of 0.029; Operational Technical Aspects yield a t-value of 3.229 with a significance value of 0.002; and Human Resource Quality yields a t-value of 6.637 with a significance value of 0.000. Collectively, the four independent variables explain 26.5% of the variation in On-Time Performance (OTP), while the remaining 73.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, the management of BRT Trans Jateng is expected to continuously improve traffic management, compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), fleet technical readiness, and human resource quality to enhance service punctuality. Keywords:Traffic Density, Operational Procedures, Operational Technical Aspects, Human Resource Quality, On Time Performance (OTP).
