Abstract
Export timeliness is one of the important factors in supporting the smooth operation of logistics and goods distribution activities in freight forwarding companies. However, several obstacles are still encountered in its implementation, such as delays in the vessel booking space process, suboptimal trucking scheduling, and slow completion of export documents. These problems may result in delays in container delivery to the port, disruption of vessel departure schedules, and reduced export timeliness. This study aims to analyze the effect of Vessel Booking Space Process, Trucking Scheduling, and Document Processing Speed on Export Timeliness at PT Ardana Sejahtera Abadi Semarang. This study employed a quantitative research method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to all 30 employees of PT Ardana Sejahtera Abadi Semarang using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25. The regression equation obtained was: Y = 1,247 + 0,301 X 1 + 0,062 X 2 + 0,536 X 3 + µ The results of the t-test indicate that the Vessel Booking Space Process, Trucking Scheduling, and Document Processing Speed have a positive and significant partial effect on Export Timeliness. Therefore, improving the effectiveness of the vessel booking space process, implementing well-planned trucking schedules, and accelerating the document processing activities are essential to enhance export timeliness at PT Ardana Sejahtera Abadi Semarang.
