Abstract
This study analyzes independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely factors that can affect the performance of CV. Mandiri Abadi.The purpose of this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between independent variables, namely production capacity, production costs, marketing strategy, product quality, and the dependent variable, namely company performance. This research uses a quantitative research method with a sample of 60 respondents consisting of employees from the quality control, finance, marketing, warehouse, and accounting divisions, as well as the export division at CV. Mandiri Abadi. Data collection was carried out using observation, literature study, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, which was previously tested through validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality). The results of the analysis using the SPSS Version 26 statistical program obtained the following multiple linear regression equation: Y = 1,079 + 0,393X1 + 0,113X2 + 0,377X3 + 0,188X4 + µ Based on this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable affecting company performance is production capacity with a regression coefficient value of 0.393. The R² test (R Square) obtained a result of 54.9%, which means that company performance is influenced by the variables of production capacity, production costs, marketing strategy, and product quality at CV. Mandiri Abadi, while the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. Keywords: production capacity, production costs, marketing strategy, product quality.
