Abstract
Transjakarta bus which is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system based on Bus Way provided by the provincial government of DKI Jakarta must have good service standards. In Corridor 13 of the Transjakarta Ciledug Tangerang bus, services are considered not optimal which results in Security, Comfort and Safety being several factors that affect user satisfaction. From this background, the author raises the formulation of the problem of Security, Comfort and Safety affecting User Satisfaction of Transjakarta Bus services Corridor 13 Ciledug Tangerang. This study aims to determine the effect of Security, Comfort and Safety partially on User Satisfaction. The population in this study were service users in Corridor 13 of the Transjakarta bus Ciledug Tangerang with a research sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling, namely accidental sampling. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 0.051 + 0.211 X1 + 0.320 X2 + 0.227 X3 + μ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting Passenger Satisfaction is the Comfort variable (X2) with a regression coefficient of 4.515 and the R Square test obtained a result of 0.635 or 63.5%. That User Satisfaction on Corridor 13 Transjakarta Bus Ciledug Tangerang is influenced by the variables of Security Standards, Comfort and Safety of Service Users, which is 63.5%.
