Abstract
Study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of completeness of documents, environmental conditions and types of cargo on the smoothness of exports on sea cargo expeditions of PT. Kusuma Mitra Kargo Semarang. In this study, the objects taken were users of PT. Kusuma Mitra Kargo services. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The Population and sample in this study was 42 respondents who were users of PT. Kusuma Mitra Kargo services. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique with first being tested through validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, normality). The results of the analysis using the SPSS V.17.0 statistical tool obtained the multiple linear regression equation : Y = 0.859 + 0,222 X1 + 0,363 X2 + 0,354 X3 + µ Where all variables showed a positive and significant influence on export smoothness. And the coefficient of determination value (Adjusted R Square = 0.637) was obtained, meaning 63.7%. The coefficient of determination value was 63.7% while the rest (100% - 63.7% = 36.3%), was influenced by other variables outside the study. So the conclusion of this study shows that based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, a constant value of 9.859 was obtained. This shows that the average Export Smoothness is 9.859 if there is no improvement in the variables of Document Completeness, Environmental Conditions and Type of Cargo.
