Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Ship Clearance In Process (X1), Export Document Administration (X2), and Shipping Agency Operational Performance (X3) on the Smoothness of Export Processes (Y) at PT. Athotama. This research employs a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach, utilizing SPSS 25.0 software. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, consisting of company employees and relevant port authorities. The analysis results in the following regression equation: Y = 0.840 + 0.384.X1 + 0.265.X2 + 0.259. X3 + µ The partial hypothesis testing (t-test) indicates that the Ship Clearance In Process (t_count = 5.199), Export Document Administration (t_count = 3.565), and Shipping Agency Operational Performance (t_count = 3.198) all have t_count > t_tabel (1.678) with a significance level of less than 0.05. This confirms that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the smoothness of the export process. The Ship Clearance In Process (X1) was identified as the most dominant factor influencing export smoothness. These findings demonstrate that optimizing clearance procedures, ensuring document administration accuracy, and enhancing agency operational performance are crucial factors in supporting efficient export logistics for dump trucks at PT.
