Abstract
The process that occurs during loading and the equipment used is alsowhat obstacles occur as well as solutions to these obstacles so thatcement loading at PT. Delta Artha Bahari can run smoothly. Aims toimprove the performance of loading and unloading service providers sothat companies are more effective and agile in overcoming obstacles thatoccur when cement loading is carried out, so that cement loadingactivities can occur smoothly. The method that observers use is a methodof directly observing the situation in the field. Then conducted interviewswith several parties related to cement loading and literature studymethods, namely by reviewing records and reports related to cementloading with relevant sources. The result of this observation is an increasein cooperation with companies and a wide range of relationships. Keywords: loading, cement. process. equipment.
