Abstract

This study aims to analyze the orderliness of vehicles on the smooth departure of ships at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang, with a focus on KMP. Terubuk. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with primary data obtained through direct observation and measurement in the field, as well as secondary data from written reports and company documentation. The analysis was conducted on the procedures for vehicle transportation, loading, lashing, and ship stability based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 115 of 2016 and Number 30 of 2016. The results of the study indicate that the procedures for vehicle transportation at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang have not fully complied with the applicable regulations, especially in terms of vehicle placement, distance between vehicles, and vehicle lashing. The analysis of ship stability also shows significant variations in GM (Metacentric Height) values between trips, with some trips being below the minimum stability limit. This study recommends improvements in cargo management, regulation enforcement, and the provision of adequate facilities to ensure shipping safety. Keywords: Vehicle Order, Smooth Departure, Tanjung Emas Port Semarang, KMP. Terubuk, Ship Stability, Regulation of the Minister of Transportation, Lashing.
