Abstract
International trade has a positive impact on the economy of a country, so that every country is competing to do trade, especially trade with other countries or better known as export-import. Indonesia as a country with high trade volume requires a transportation service company that can truly support export activities. In this paper aim that exist : 1) To find out the procedures carried out in shipping export goods by sea. 2) To find out the documents needed as well as those that are done in carrying out goods delivery services by sea transportation. The data used in this study is qualitative data obtained through direct interviews with PT. Dua Utama Makmur Tbk and through secondary data obtained from books or other reading sources relating to the subject matter taken. The writing results show that PT. Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk is a transportation service company that can really support export shipping activities. Keywords :Freight forwarder, export, delivery of goods
