Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the productivity of stevedoring at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang, Riau Islands. In this study, the object taken is the stevedoring workforce at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang, Riau Islands. In this study, the population is the stevedoring workforce at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang, Riau Islands. The sample in this study amounted to 113 respondents using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique is the Multiple Linear Regression technique and with the statistical tool SPSS 26.0. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation was obtained : Y = 4.616 + 0,271X1 + 0,284X2 + 0,214X3 + -0,336X4 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the variable with the most dominant influence on loading and unloading productivity is loading and unloading equipment, with an adjusted R-square of 0.639, or 63.9% of the variation in the dependent variable, loading and unloading productivity, can be explained by the independent variables of human resources, loading and unloading equipment, stacking yard effectiveness, and TKBM working hours. The remaining 49.1% is explained by other factors outside the studied variables. Based on the research results, it can be concluded from the multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers that the independent variables (Human Resources, Loading and Unloading Equipment, and Stacking Yard Effectiveness) have an impact on the dependent variable (Loading and Unloading Productivity), while the variable (TKBM Working Time) has no impact on the dependent variable (Loading and Unloading Productivity).
