Abstract
In order to improve the global competitiveness of ports in PT. Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna, Inaportnet is an open and impartial electronic portal that facilitates, accelerates, secures, and is neutral in sharing data and information about port services. It collaborates with relevant government agencies, port business entities, and logistics industry players. implementation of service using the Inaportnet system. The purpose of this study is to use Inaportnet to investigate the loading and unloading service process and any potential obstacles. A qualitative descriptive approach is used as the research methodology in this study. This study includes documentation and descriptions from sources. Primary and secondary data collection methods are used. To collect data, various methods are used including questionnaires, literature reviews, interviews, and observations of research subjects. Researchers also use direct and indirect observations. Customers of services using the Inaportnet system for ship maintenance face a number of challenges. First, because service customers do not yet understand Inaportnet, PNBP payments (VTS, Signs, and Dangerous Goods) are still made manually. Updates for computer devices are another thing. System failures often occur when using Inaportnet. Some things that can be done are: upgrading computer hardware, socialization and training regarding filling out Inaportnet, assessing and improving the Inaportnet application, and enabling PNBP payments to be made online.
