Abstract
The problem in this research is related to the loading and unloading process, as for the results of the study that the process of loading and unloading containers at the PT Trans Cakrawala Perkasa depot has not run optimally because the procedure has not gone well, obstacles that occur when loading and unloading often occur damage to tools and less extensive stacles field. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation data collection methods. The location of this research is in the depot of PT Trans Cakrawala Perkasa branch. We recommed that the storage warehouse at PT Trans Cakrawala Perkasa depo open or serve in accordance with the goods service procedur, it is necessary to do shift work to serve loading and unloading of goods 24 hours per day. With shift work in the goods storage warehouse there will be no delays and the accumulation of goods back at the port dock and loading and unloading of goods will run effectively and efficiently Keywords: process of loading and unloading goods
