Abstract
The empty depot business activities are broadly into two (2) types, Namely EquipmentControl (EQC) and Maintenance & Repair (M&R). The purpose of this study is to see the management of activites carried Out in an empty container depot in maintenance and repair operations. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, by conducting field surveys, interviews with actors, discussions, and reviewing related literatures. Container maintenance & repair in the container depot business is no less important than depot operational services such as loading and unloading, trucking, forwarding and others. The skills and skills of human resourcess and equipment in maintaining and repairing containers must be continuosly developed.
