Abstract
The terminal is a public motor vehicle base used to regulate arrivals and departures, pick up and drop off people and/or goods, and transfer modes of transportation. Presently, the passenger terminal's full potential has not been fully realized by the community. The current state of the terminal indicates that it is operating at a low volume, as evidenced by the quiet environment and the absence of visitors or passengers. One strategy to enhance services at the terminal is to assess the facilities at the Mangkang Terminal in accordance with the minimum service standards for passenger terminals. These standards encompass aspects such as safety, security, reliability, comfort, convenience, and equal access to services. This study employed descriptive and quantitative research methods, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of multiple statements with a Likert scale model that had been tested. The study employed the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. The initial study determined that the Mangkang Terminal's service performance value was 79.37, indicating a "B" grade for service quality, which is considered "good." Additionally, it was determined that the level of satisfaction among terminal users regarding Mangkang Terminal services did not meet expectations. Thirdly, it can be concluded that the services which are the main priority in improving performance are road safety facilities (signs and markings), security facilities (security posts and CCTV), ticket sales counters, effective drainage systems, and facilities for the disabled (wheelchairs and toilets).
