Abstract
PT. Varia Usaha Bahari Tuban Branch is a company that operates in the field of loading and unloading and is responsible for providing loading and unloading services to handle clinker loading. So that loading service procedures can be carried out properly and smoothly by PT. Varia Usaha Bahari has handling preparations for loading and also processing documents when the ship docks until completion of loading. The purpose of writing this paper is to explain the preparation and coordination in proper loading handling activities as well as knowing what documents are needed for loading and unloading activities and knowing the obstacles that often occur in clinker loading. The data collection method used in this descriptive paper uses interview, observation and library study methods. In this case, collecting data on observation objects, as well as a collection of documents and data related to clinker loading activities. Based on the results of the discussion, it was found that in clinker loading activities, loading and unloading companies play a very important role in the smoothness of service procedures in handling clinker loading activities and handling documents as proof of completion of loading. The conclusion from this discussion is that the loading and unloading company plays a very important role in the clinker loading service procedures and handling documents until the loading is completed.
