Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Punctuality, Price Suitability, Passenger Trust and Facilities on the Interest in Using Sugeng Rahayu Bus Services. The number of samples used in this study was J 00 populations, and using the Non Probability Sampling sampling technique. The results o.fthe study showed that the variables Punctuality, Price Suitability, Passenger Trust and Facilities influenced the Interest in Using Sugeng Rahayu Bus Services. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = -1. 735 + 0.247Xl + 0.256X2 + 0.335X3 + 0.29JX4 + µ From the multiple Linear regression analysis equation, ii can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence 011 the Interest in Using Services is Passenger Trust with an Adjusted R Square test of 0.635 or 63.5° o ofthe dependent variable Interest in Using Services with independent variables Punctuality, Price Suitability, Passenger Trust and Facilities. While the remaining 0.365 or 36.5°6 is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Based on the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn from the multiple linear regression analysis and tile distribution ofrespondents' answers regarding the independent variables (Punctuality, Price Suitability, Passenger Trust and Facilities) which have an influence on the dependent variable (Interest in Using Services).
