Abstract
Indonesia is an archipelagic country separated by seas, rivers, and lakes. Indonesia's economy depends on inter-island crossing. PT Angkutan Sungai Danau Penyeberangan Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a company that manages crossing transportation, especially passenger and vehicle crossing transportation. The importance of passenger and vehicle transportation services, especially in terms of loading services at the port, especially at the Lembar branch crossing port. There are various background problems that the author must solve, namely passenger and vehicle loading services at the Lembar branch crossing port, the parties related to the passenger and vehicle loading services at the Lembar branch crossing port, the costs incurred in the passenger and vehicle loading services at the Lembar branch crossing port, as well as obstacles and solutions to solve these problems.
