Abstract
Passenger interest in using the Si Anteng application for Trans Jateng Bus services can be defined as the attraction, desire, or tendency of individuals to utilize the application to support their mobility using public transportation. This interest arises as a result of user experience, benefits, and perceptions regarding th e ease of use and quality of information provided by the application. This study aims to determine the effect of Ease of Use of the Si Anteng Application, Information Quality in the Si Anteng Application, and User Trust in the Si Anteng Application on Passenger Interest in Trans Jateng Bus. The population in this study consists of bus passengers, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 27. The regression equation in this study is as follows: Y = 0.658 + 0.438 + 0.210 + 0.305 + µ From this equation, it is evident that the most dominant variable influencing passenger interest in Trans Jateng Bus is the ease of use of the Si Anteng application, with a regression coefficient of 0.438. The R² (R square) test results show a value of 0.516 or 51.6%, indicating that passenger interest in Trans Jateng Bus is influenced by ease of use, information quality, and user trust in the Si Anteng application by 51.6%, while other factors contribute 48.4%.
