Abstract
This paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of the role of PT. Putra Agung Sedayu Logistik, especially in the field of logistics distribution, goods delivery process, and supporting documentation and related parties in sending aid reading books from the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia to Sumenep Regency. In addition, the author also identifies the obstacles faced and provides suggestions for solutions to these problems. In this study, the author uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with document staff, operational staff, and Mr. Haris Nurhadi. S.Tr., M.M as the president director of PT. Putra Agung Sedayu Logistik, while secondary data was obtained from regulations at the level of laws or government regulations, books, archives, and other sources. The data collection method used was direct observation of activities in the field during the Land Practice (PRADA) at PT. Putra Agung Sedayu Logistik. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this company focuses on goods and document delivery services via land and air, and collaborates with various parties to facilitate the process of sending goods to Sumenep Regency.
