Abstract

PT. Indonesian National Shipping Surabaya is one of the companies that provides goods delivery services using sea transportation. One of the services it provides is REDPACK, which is a goods delivery service with a priority for maintaining the condition of the package. This research aims to determine the analysis of the influence of factors such as Timeliness, Logistics Service Responsibility, Warehouse Management Process on the Operational Performance of PT Company. Indonesian National Shipping Surabaya. This research was conducted on employees of the sea highway division of PT. Indonesian National Shipping Surabaya as a population of 73 respondents. Data collection was carried out through the methods of observation, literature study, interviews, documentation, questionnaires. The analysis technique used is based on research results and multiple linear analysis using the application (SPSS) Version 26. Based on the research results, the equation is produced: Y = 0,714 + 0,319 X1 + 0,355 X2 + 0,241 X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the company's operational performance is the Logistics Services Responsibility variable with a regression coefficient of 0.355. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) a result of 0.577 or 57.7% was obtained, which means that the Operational Performance of PT. Indonesian National Shipping Surabaya is influenced by the variables Timeliness, Responsibility of Logistics Services, Warehouse Management Process on the Company's Operational Performance, namely 57.7% and other factors that influence the Operational Performance of the PT Company. Indonesian National Shipping Surabaya is 42.3%. Thus, the research results show that Timeliness, Responsibility of Logistics Services, Warehouse Management Process have a positive and significant effect on the Operational Performance of PT.
