Abstract
Delay is a term in the shipping and trade industry which means time delay or delay. This term is used to describe a situation where a ship, container or container cannot depart or arrive on time, resulting in additional costs and uncertainty. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of port facilities, loading and unloading equipment, loading and unloading time and loading and unloading labor on loading and unloading delays. This research was conducted at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. The sample used was the ship crew at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. Data collection was carried out using observation, literature study, documentation and questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V.26 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equation is produced: Y = -0.969 + 0.314 X1, + 0.266 X2 + 0.332 X3 + 0.152 Where the variables Loading and Unloading Delay (Y), Port Facilities (X1), Loading and Unloading Equipment (X2), Loading and Unloading Time (X3) and Loading and Unloading Labor (X4) were tested using the t test showing that the four independent variables partially have a significant influence. significant impact on the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.505 indicates that 50.5% of the Loading and Unloading Delay variable can be explained through the four independent variables in the regression equation. Meanwhile, the remaining 49.5% is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this research.
