Abstract
The lashing system is the main component in the vehicle loading process on the Ro-Ro Ferry. KM Ship. Mutiara Ferindo V has a cardeck capacity of 1919 M2, this ship has a Bitung-Ternate shipping route and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the lashing gear specifications on KM. Mutiara Ferindo V against the size of truck vehicles, knowing the number of vehicles loaded against cardeck layout planning for the loading process of truck vehicles on KM. Mutiara Ferindo V and determine the effect of cost per trip on cardeck area on KM. Mutiara Ferindo V. The results of this study can be seen that the webbing lasing equipment used in the arrangement of vehicle loads on the average voyage is required to have the ability to withstand a total load of 313.71 kN when the ship is hit by waves with a height of 2.5 meters. The highest load factor was found on the voyage dated July 25, 2024 at 55.50% while the lowest load factor was found on the voyage dated July 10, 2024 at 18.04%.
