Abstract

The issue of the square relocation of shipping containers has a major influence to minimize boat time. The problem occurred at the semarang container terminal. In the final phase of the problem, an evaluation has been proposed in planning for the storage of the containers using an allocation model of the buildingboxes to balance the amount on each block. Optimum results are simulated to determine ship load time. Opticement results show that by March 2024), a total container margin on a block of 74% (5,043 boxes of 6,873boxes), a container margin of 55% (2,208 box of 4,948 boxes), a loading time of 13% (4,815.51 minutes of 38,243.75 minutes). The results of the study included a high volume of 58.80 percent, which would be categorized as overcomparable to the available building ground. The density at the ship's arrival was caused by time during the lengthy loading activities that resulted in quesions on the ship and could lower the productivity level of port performance.
