Abstract
The ship docking process should be carried out in a timely manner. A good ship repair process is certainly supported by good Quality Control and Quality Assurance as well as supporting human resources. Project management is a project management activity that includes planning, organizing, and supervising projects to achieve the goals that have been set. The Critical Path Method is a method applied to schedule an activity that is a critical element of the project.
