Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the analysis of usage preferences, performance expectations, system quality and regulatory policies on service efficiency. Data collection was carried out using 100 respondents. Through observation methods, literature studies and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.26 program. Y = - 1.877 + 0.212.X1 + 0.163.X2 + 0.449.X3 + 0.292.X4 + µ. From the multiple linear analysis equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing Service Efficiency is the System Quality. Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination of 0.647 or 64.7%, the variation in the dependent variable Service Efficiency can be explained by the independent variable System Quality, Usage Preferences, Performance Expectations and Regulatory Policies. Meanwhile, the remaining 35.3% is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this research. Based on the results of the research, conclusions can be drawn from the multiple linear regression analysis regarding the independent variables (Usage Preferences, Performance Expectations, System Quality, Regulatory Policies), which have an influence on the dependent variable (Service Efficiency).
