Abstract

Trans Jateng Semarang - Grobogan Route was introduced on October 13, 2021, with the Trans Jateng service, it is hoped that it can accommodate the needs of the community, especially the workforce which is increasing every year. This study aims to measure the level of passenger satisfaction and determine the extent of the influence of security, safety and convenience variables by comparing the expectations and reality of Trans Jateng services as recommendations for improving Trans Jateng Semarang - Grobogan Route services. The population used in this study were Trans Jateng Semarang - Grobogan Route passengers totaling 3,827 populations and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents, using the Non-Probability Sampling technique, using the Incidental Sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires and the analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the multiple linear regression equation model is: Y = -3.779 + 0.426X1 + 0.266X2 + 0.462X3 + µ indicating the regression coefficient of the security variable (X1) is 0.426, the safety variable (X2) is 0.266 and the convenience variable (X3) is 0.462. Partial t-test hypothesis testing shows that the security variable has a calculated t value (7.385)> t table (1.98498), the safety variable has a calculated t value (4.405)> t table (1.98498) and the convenience variable has a calculated t value (5.969)> t table (1.98498) so that all independent variables in the study have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test (adjusted R2) obtained a result of 0.787, which means that 78.7% of the variation in passenger satisfaction variables can be explained by security, safety and convenience variables. While the remaining 21.3% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Keywords : Satisfaction, Security, Safety and Convenience
