Abstract
This research conducted in PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines Surabaya This research uses Human Resources, Loading and Unloading Equipment and Mode of Transportation as independent variables, Smooth Container Loading and Unloading as the dependent variable. The aim of this research is to analyze Human Resources, Loading and Unloading Equipment and Transportation Modes on the Smoothness of Container Loading and Unloading in PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines Surabaya. The sample used was employees of PT. Greetings Pacific Indonesia Lines Surabaya, where the number of samples determined in this study was 109 respondents with the sampling technique in this study using Sample Random Sampling. The analysis used includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, partial t test, coefficient of determination and managerial implications. The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) Version 26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation. � = 0,884 + 0,239�1 + 0,265�2 + 0,420�3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the Human Resources regression coefficient is 0.239, the Loading and Unloading Equipment regression coefficient is 0.265, the Mode of Transportation regression coefficient is 0.420 which has a positive effect on the Smooth Loading and Unloading of the coefficients of Human Resources, Loading and Unloading Equipment, Mode of Transportation in the research This is very strong with the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) obtained at 59.3% which influences the Smoothness of Loading and Unloading, the remaining 40.7% is influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.
